Despite difficulties, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (JSC) last year still tapped 19,196 tons of rubber latex and purchased 11,002 tons of rubber latex from the local small rubber plantations. This result was reported at the annual shareholders’ meeting 2014 of the company on March 12.

The company also sold 29,580 tons of various finished products with the average price of VND53.8mln per ton and 937 tons of other rubber latex. Its post-tax profit was estimated at VND371bln.

At the meeting, the company decided to pay 2013’s dividend ratio of 30% on par value. In 2014, the company will strive to reach VND211bln in post-tax profit and still maintain the dividend ratio of 30% on par value.

The meeting also nominated Le Phi Hung as General Director of Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC to replace Nguyen Van Tuan who will hold office as Deputy General Director of Vietnam Rubber Group cum CEO of Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC.
