Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC takes lead in following Uncle Ho’s teachings

During the past four years, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company was one of outstanding units of provincial Business Bloc’s Party Committee in implementing the Politburo’s Directive No.03-CT/TW on further promoting “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” (or briefly called the Politburo’s Directive No.03-CT/TW).

Raising a sense of responsibility

Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC’s Party Committee obviously realized the goal, requirement and importance of the Politburo’s Directive No.03-CT/TW after four years of implementing it.

Thai Van Tay, Chief of the JSC’s People's Committee Secretariat said that under the Politburo’s Directive No.03-CT/TW, each collective, individual of the JSC determined to successfully carry out political tasks, which was seen as a specific symbol in studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings. There were active changes in awareness and responsibility of cadres, Party members and laborers. Noticeably, core cadres and Party members set bright examples in following Uncle Ho’s teachings…

The JSC also actively brought “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” into its Party Committee and cells. This contributed to helping the JSC build up its stronger, purer Party Committee and cells.

The content of “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings” was also seen as a norm to assess and classify the quality of the JSC’s Party cells and members.

In addition, the JSC’s Youth Union launched emulation movements in working, studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings such as those of creating technical initiatives, preventing negative things to protect assets, emulating to fulfill and exceed the set target on output…

Production, business increased

Reportedly, Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC reached considerable results between 2011 and 2014.

The JSC in 2011 tapped more than 20,807 tons of rubber latex or 104% of the yearly plan. The figure in 2014 was 18,500 tons of rubber latex or 103% of the yearly plan. Regarding productivity, 2011 was 2 tons rubber latex per hectare, up 0,06 tons compared to the yearly plan. The figure in 2014 was 2.03 tons rubber latex per hectare, up over 0.28 tons. Also, the JSC in 2011 achieved nearly VND2.45trillion in total revenue or 128.55% of the yearly plan…

Many units under the JSC over time had a variety of creative ways, reaching good results under the Politburo’s Directive No.3. For example, after four years of carrying out a model of thrift practice and wastefulness prevention, they helped the JSC save more than VND860mln. Many other technical initiatives also brought benefit of billions of dong to the JSC.

Such these apart, the JSC’s Party Committee and cells paid attention to reviewing the annual implementation of the Politburo’s Directive No.03. As a result, the JSC’s Party Committee honored and awarded VND38mln in bonus to 66 outstanding collectives and individuals. Party cells under the JSC’s Party Committee also commended and rewarded 156 individuals with VND25mln
