Phuoc Hoa Rubber JVC's Trade Union promotes emulation movements, takes care of workers' lives

On May 9 and 10, the Trade Union of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (JSC) held its 11th congress for the 2023-2028 tenure.

During the last tenure, all staff of the company continued making efforts to unite, strive to successfully complete annual plans on production and business. The Trade Union actively contributed solutions, helping the company exceed its annual targets, protect trade unionists and employees’ legitimate rights and interests. The average salary of company workers over the past 5 years reached VND 8.21 million per person per month, exceeding 17.3% of the proposed resolution. The Trade Union also paid attention to taking care of workers’ cultural and spiritual lives; coordinated with the company’s directorate to effectively use the welfare fund to support workers, especially during the period of Covid-19 pandemic...

The congress set out goals, tasks and solutions for the 2023-2028 tenure, aiming at improving the quality of trade union activities and strengthening the “working well, working creatively” emulation movement, contributing to enhancing workers ‘incomes and lives. The congress also elected the new Executive Board and elected a delegation to attend the upper-level trade union congress.

Addressing the congress, Nguyen Van Tuoc, Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC suggested that in the new tenure, the company's Trade Union will continue actively participating in the process of changing the production organization and management of the company, put forward many measures to increase labor productivity, ensure workers’ incomes while fully implementing policies and regimes for workers. He also trusted that the company’s Trade Union will continue working with the company's leaders to complete and exceed annual targets and plans; well implement democracy regulations at grassroots level, take good care of workers ‘lives, helping them feel secure for a long attachment with the company... in the 2023-2028 tenure.
