Plan for Tet of Kindness and Spring Festival 2023 programmes approved

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has signed a document approving the organization plan of Tet of Kindness and Spring Festival 2023 programs.

Accordingly, on the basis of the Provincial Red Cross Society’s proposal, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee approved the plan for the Provincial Red Cross to visit and give Tet gifts to localities in the province and Tet of Kindness and Spring Festival 2023 programmes (referred to as the programmes) will be broadcast live to show gratitude to organizations, businesses, individuals, and benefactors who made many contributions to Red Cross movements and activities; at the same time, to launch a movement for all people to take part in voluntary blood donation on occasion of Lunar New Year and Spring Festival 2023. The programmes are salted for 5th January 2023 at Provincial Exhibition Convention Center.

The Chairman of Provincial People's Committee ordered Provincial Red Cross Society to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies and mass organizations to formulate implementation plans for the programmes; and must ensure practicality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations on Covid-19 prevention control; to plan and mobilize folks to join the voluntary blood donation in the programmes.
