Plan on digital transformation in new-style rural construction promulgated

Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement the local digital transformation program in new-style rural construction towards a smart new-style rural region by 2025.

The plan identifies that digital transformation in new-style rural construction is the solution and key task in the implementation of the National Target Program on building new-style rural areas in the province in order to contribute to effectively implementing provincial plan on digital transformation to 2025.

Provincial People's Committee requires departments, agencies, districts, towns and cities to promote the role of the whole political system, all-level authorities and sectors in forming up the central role of the people participating in the program of digital transformation in the construction of new-style rural areas; strengthen socialization in infrastructure construction investment, technology application, human resource development to effectively implement the plan.

Along with that, they need to encourage rural people to actively apply digital transformation, contributing to rural economic development, improving the quality of service access and people's lives.

The whole province strives that by 2025, 100% of district-level units will meet the standard of the criterion 9.5 of the criterion 9 on security and order - public administration under the set of national criteria on new-style rural districts.
