Planned cadres at provincial Party level conduct field trip to Singapore

Under the training program for planned cadres at provincial Party level for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 tenures, from May 19 to 23, the 3^rd delegation of the class, led by comrade Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council, conducted a field trip to Singapore. The event was also attended by comrade Nguyen Chi Trung, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; comrade Ho Quang Diep, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Di An city’s Party Committee.

Members of the delegation visit the Urban Development Planning Authority (URA) of Singapore

On May 20, the delegation was guided on a field tour at the One Punggol One-Stop Administrative Center. This is one of 7 public administrative centers deployed by the Singaporean Government under a single centralized model under the Public Service Department of the Prime Minister's Office. The center is integrated and provides nearly 400 government-related procedures and services, with the participation of more than 20 specialized agencies. The main task of the centers is to receive requests, support and guide people.

In addition, there is also the "Life SG" application built by the center, a personalized platform, taking citizens as the center and based on events in life stages so that people can access to all government digital services. The Public Administration Center in Singapore serves regardless of administrative boundaries. Residents living in other areas can still come here to look up, carry out procedures, services, register for courses, events without making appointments in advance.

On the same day, the delegation also visited the Urban Development Planning Authority (URA) of Singapore. This is a place with comprehensive and long-term planning applied to develop strategic plans such as long-term plans and master plans to guide the sustainable development of Singapore's material facilities.
