PM sends congratulations to Italian counterpart

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung sent a message of congratulations on May 2 to Enrico Letta on his assumption of Italy’s Prime Minister.

 The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent his congratulations to Emma Bonino, Italy’s new Foreign Minister.
