Policy credit for transactions in communes, wards and townships provided

To help the poor and other social beneficiaries to easily access preferential credit policies of the government, to reduce costs, to implement democratic and public regulations, to strengthen supervision of local authorities, and to organize socio-political implementation of policy credit, the Bank for Social Policies have organized transaction activities in communes, wards and townships.

89 out of 91 communes, wards and townships have their transaction points. Commune trading sessions are held on a fixed day of the month at least once a month including Saturdays and Sundays. At the commune transaction point, the transactions of disbursement, collection of debts, interest, savings, etc., reception of documents on lending operations, debt settlement and other related documents, reception and processing of customer feedback and suggestions, transaction with the leader of savings and loan groups, briefings with commune-level entrusting units, savings and loan groups, direct comparison with customers to transactions about loan balance, outstanding interest, deposit balance, public posting the list of loan households, new documents on policies and regimes among others are carried out.
