Polish foreign mission received in Ben Cat town

Morning of October 6, Bui Minh Thanh - Secretary of the Ben Cat town Party Committee and Nguyen Trong An - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Cat town, received and worked with Alexander Nowakowski  - the 3rd Secretary of Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi. Accompanying the delegation was Allan Szymczyk - Chairman of iLD Coffee Vietnam Joint Venture.

At the meeting and working session with the delegation, Bui Minh Thanh briefed a number of socio-economic development achievements of Binh Duong province and Ben Cat town over the past time. In the first nine months of 2022, the industrial production value of Ben Cat Town was VND 129,786 billion, increasing by 24.58% over the same period. Ben Cat town continued to well implement policies of calling for investment and attracted 562 projects in 9 months, increasing by 2.73% over the same period; 500 small and medium enterprises have been developed to exceed 1.66 times of the plan.

Bui Minh Thanh affirmed that Binh Duong province in general and Ben Cat town in particular are constantly striving to improve the investment and business environment to best serve the businesses. Ben Cat town currently focuses on developing social and technical infrastructure, especially the synchronously connected traffic system along with investments in electrical works and systems to meet the production needs of enterprises in the locality.

Alexander Nowakowski expressed his impression with the development results and achievements of Binh Duong province in general and Ben Cat town in particular. At the same time, he highly appreciated the drastic intervention of the local authority regarding the drawbacks and problems of enterprises, especially the electrical works serving the iLD Coffee Vietnam Joint Venture factory located in the International Industrial Park of Protrade at An Tay commune so that businesses can start production and business operatons at the soonest in the near future.

In the morning of the same day in Ben Cat iown, Kim Oanh Group was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Central Committee for its positive contributions to charity activities in 2021-2022; at the same time, signed a cooperation agreement to build Ben Cat inter-school and announced 270 social housing houses, and construction of Mega City Urban Park along Thi Tinh River is commenced.
