On March 14, a delegation of doctors from the HCM city Children’s Hospital 2 coordinated with the Health Division of Phu Giao district and the People’s Committee of Tan Hiep commune to provide free medical check-up, medicine and gifts for poor children in Phu Giao district with a total expense of more than VND45mln.

Particularly, the delegation provided medical examination and medicine for 350 poor children in Phu Giao district’s Tan Hiep commune. The delegation also presented 300 gifts worth VND100,000 each to 300 children with difficult circumstances.

It is known that over the past years, the HCM city Children’s Hospital 2 teamed up with the health sector of Phu Giao district and leaders of the district’s communes and township to provide free medical check-up and medicine for children with difficult circumstances. This contributed to giving healthcare for children, especially those with difficult circumstances.
