Poor farmers enjoy assistance

To help local farmers escape poverty, the city Farmer Society will collaborate with functional agencies to spur short-term training classes, technical-science transfer, and capital support and so on for them.
Specifically, the society will mobilize sources to build and develop a support fund for farmers and work with job centers to open vocational training courses for local farmers.
