Pork skin bloating fern-shaped cake of Binh Duong (Bánh Bèo Bì) recognized by Asian Record Organization

Accordingly, pork skin bloating fern-shaped cake of Binh Duong along with other unique dishes including banh canh cha ca from Quy Nhon, cao lau from Hoi An, cha ca La Vong from Ha Noi, goi la from Kon Tum and so on will receive certificates of the Organization at the 27th Vietnamese recorders’ meeting and the seminar themed “Spreading Vietnamese gastronomy and delicacy to the world to be held at HCMC in Feb. 2014.

Recently, pork skin bloating fern-shaped cake of Binh Duong was listed in top 50 of delicious and unique dishes voted by Vietnamese Record Organization.

At present, the provincial department of Culture, Sport and Tourism has mapped out to spread local unique and typical dishes to people inside and outside the country.
