Positive impacts from patriotic emulation movements

Over the past 5 years, patriotic emulation movements led by the Fatherland Front at all levels in Binh Duong province have expanded extensively across all fields. The movements have been revitalized with innovative forms and rich, creative content, and have garnered enthusiastic participation from all levels, sectors, and people from all walks of life.

Under the leadership of the Party Committee and the active propaganda and mobilization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, all classes of people in the province have promoted the spirit of self-reliance, diligence, and creativity, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province. People's material and spiritual life is increasingly improved. Campaigns and movements for youth union members launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committees at all levels, such as: “All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas”, “Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods”, “Solidarity, creativity, improve productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration” associated with the emulation movement “Good people, good deeds contribute to building Binh Duong into a prosperous and beautiful civilized city”, the movement “All people protect national security”, activities “For the poor”… all received an enthusiastic response, full of responsibility, promoting the strength of all classes of people.

Through many methods of implementation and mobilization, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has mobilized large resources from the people to deploy movements, campaigns and implement social security programs in the most effective way. Besides, the initiative "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has been gaining momentum and has been implemented extensively. The activities associated with this initiative have left a strong impression on the people working at the forefront and within the Fatherland Front system at all levels.

With the motto of using people's strength to build people's lives, taking the common interests of the community as a common point, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has closely followed the situation of residential areas, coordinated with member organizations to implement movements; thereby encouraging and motivating people to proactively develop the economy and enrich themselves legitimately, build a cultural and civilized lifestyle, ensure security, order and social safety.

The effectiveness of the Youth Union movements is clearly demonstrated in the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Nguyen Van Danh, National Assembly delegate, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, said that this campaign continues to be strengthened by Fatherland Front Committees at all levels through many practical programs, activities, and specific products. The movement has had a widespread influence, bringing about significant social effects. It has ignited a spirit of solidarity, encouraging people to support each other in developing the economy, reducing poverty sustainably, protecting the environment, preserving and promoting the nation's traditional cultural values, building a secure, safe, and civilized community, and improving people's lives. Furthermore, the movement has met the requirements of innovating front work, innovating mass mobilization work, and focusing on the grassroots.

“To achieve these results, the Fatherland Front at all levels regularly summarizes, concludes and signs joint programs to coordinate the implementation of the campaign with member organizations and related departments and branches to have a unified and synchronous implementation, avoiding overlapping contents right from the grassroots level; guides the grassroots level to promote the implementation of the criteria for building new rural areas and civilized urban areas combined with the implementation of Project 02 of the province on “Mass mobilization work to participate in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle…”, Mr. Nguyen Van Danh added.
