PPC approves statements at provincial Peoples’ Council’s mid-year meeting

Morning Jun 15, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of PPC, chaired the meeting to approve contents that will be submitted to provincial Peoples’ Council’s mid-year meeting.

At the meeting, PPC will submit following contents to provincial Peoples’ Council’s mid-year meeting: The approval of educational and vocational payroll in 2016-2017 school year. According to the statement, PPC proposed adding 1,497 regular officials to the personnel, due to the increase of schools and students; decreasing 309 regular officials, due to the personnel reduction. Regarding medical sector’s statement in 2017, PPC proposed adding 415 regular officials, due to the increase of hospitals, sickbeds, population growth, and decreasing 61 regular officials, due to the personnel reduction.

In addition, PPC approved statements on amending Resolution No. 44/NQ-HDND8 dated Dec 11^th 2015 of provincial People’s Council on works that are subjects to land recovery and rice land using purpose conversion in 2016; promulgating regulations on abrogating road use charges to motorcycles in the province; promulgating resolutions specifying expenses for administrative procedure control in the province...

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of PPC, agreed with PPC’s statements that will be submitted to provincial Peoples’ Council’s mid-year meeting. Mr. Dung also asked agencies and sectors to finish the draft statement based on opinions and feedbacks of departments, districts, towns, city.
