Preparation for the 2018 WTA Summit is basically completed

According to the organizers of the 2018 WTA Summit, programs, reception and transportation were completed. For the Security Subcommittee, security work had a detailed plan that is fully implemented. Previously, public security force was assigned to perform security guarantee tasks for international delegates from airports to Binh Duong and to ensure security at staying places of delegates and during conference time. Provincial  Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism prepared arts programs with special performances characterizing Vietnamese and Korean culture to serve visitors...

Up to now, the preparation of infrastructure, business units participating in exhibitions at WTA Summit 2018 have basically completed. Regarding material facilities, conference rooms were rearranged in each session; large hall were equipped with led screens; pictures, colors, tables and chairs were prepared carefully.
