Prime Minister merit conferred on Bao Phuong Vinh, a billard player of Binh Duong

Billard player Bao Phương Vinh of the Binh Duong billiards team as well as Vietnam has just been honored to receive a commendation from the Prime Minister after achieving the gold medal in the carom 3-cushion world championship in 2023.

After winning the individual carom 3-cushion billiards gold medal at the 2023 World Championship in Turkey, Bao Phuong Vinh received special attention from the leaders of Binh Duong province upon returning home. This demonstrates that the provincial leaders have shown special interest in talented athletes from Binh Duong.

To respond to that attention, at the beginning of 2024, Bao Phuong Vinh continued to step up to glory with the gold medal in three-cushion carom billiards at the world level, in the doubles event, alongside his senior Tran Quyet Chien.

In two consecutive years 2023 and 2024, the player from Tan Phuoc Khanh of Tan Uyen has won for himself the two most prestigious titles in the world billiards community.
