Early March 17, Binh Duong Power Company held a signing ceremony on the process of coordinating in the operation of 22kV circuit breakers at the Thu Duc Bac 110kV station with the Ho Chi Minh City Load Dispatch Center.

Accordingly, the two sides agreed on the process of coordination in operating 22kV circuit breakers at the Thu Duc Bac 110kV station under the control of Ho Chi Minh City Load Dispatch Center. The two sides will closely coordinate on the process to handle abnormal phenomena when the circuit breakers are in trouble; collecte incident information recorded from the SCADA system for dealing with incidents; deal with incidents in compliance with the process solving incidents in the national power system. They will also coordinate to collect more incident information, perform ways to deal with incidents when necessary; monitor operational parameters, monitor warning signals of equipment under their control at the SCADA system to detect abnormal phenomena, ensuring operational processes, handling incidents and giving reports under the regulations. …
