Program of national objectives to stay focused on education and healthcare

The draft capital plan of Program of National Objectives in 2013-2015 just informed by Provincial People’s Committee is oriented to education and healthcare sectors.On current stage, capital allocation to healthcare reaches VND 34 billion on projects of preventing and curing social and risky diseases to reduce fatality and infection ratio.
