Project on renewing measurement activities to support enterprises implemented

Early September 30, the Sub-Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality under provincial Department of Science and Technology held a conference to implement the project on "Strengthening and renewing support activities on metrology for Vietnamese enterprises to improve their competitiveness and international integration in the period to 2025, with orientation to 2030” at provincial Community Initiative Center.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to legal documents and policies to support enterprises to improve measurement activities in production and business, contributing to improving the local competitiveness and socio-economic development…

Nguyen Viet Long, Director of provincial Department of Science and Technology said that measurement activities in the country in general and Binh Duong in particular over the past time achieved many important achievements, but there are still some shortcomings for change. After the conference, enterprises can advise or directly implement measurement assurance activities, helping them improve their productivity, quality, competitiveness and international integration, contributing to the local socio-economic development.
