Projects of housing for workers offered favorable conditions

The provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung yesterday worked with leaders of Singapore’s Song Hong Real Estate Management Company to discuss investment in housing for workers of VSIP II.

At the working session, Susilo Tandjung, general director of the company briefed on the company’s projects invested in the province. Accordingly, the project will include 7 5-storey blocs, meeting accommodation for 6,500 workers. Besides, there will be parking lot, swimming pool, supermarket…

The provincial chairman highly valued the company’s ability and stressing that the province has paid much attention to investment in housing for workers and facilitated businesses’ investment.

The provincial chairman received ColGate – Pamolive Vietnam Company’s general director SamSchiro at the same day. The company’s plant at My Phuoc 3 IP has so far reached good operation, placing jobs for 1,500 laborers. The company has built its 2nd phase plant and expanded for the third phase at the IP.
