Promoting digital transformation in agriculture

Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has just coordinated with the Institute for Research and Development of Quality Standards to organize a training session on awareness of digital transformation in the local agricultural sector. The training session absorbed more than 140 participants, including directors of the department, civil servants, employees in the local agricultural sector; feed production companies, farms, livestock companies...

At the training session, delegates discussed and presented difficulties for change while proposing contents that need digital transformation such as applying the digital platform for quality management; making traceability of agricultural products; promoting  and consuming agricultural products and OCOP products on e-commerce channels; managing cultivation, animal husbandry and forestry activities; controlling diseases on plants and animals; carrying out management over cooperatives; controlling over water level and irrigation reservoir volume…
