Propaganda on fire prevention-fighting and traffic safety among students held

On October 30, Thuan An city’s Police Agency coordinated with relevant units to organize propaganda and guidance on fire prevention-fighting laws and security-order for teachers and students of Nguyen Van Tiet Secondary School and Phu Long Secondary School.

At the propaganda session, teachers and students of the two schools were heard about the local situation on security, traffic safety and fire prevention-fighting; the main causes of fire and explosion at schools; escape skills required in environments with fire, smoke, and toxic gases; had the opportunity to learn and effectively use different types of fire extinguishers to stamp out small and medium fire cases when incidents occur; were guided how to use anti-toxic masks... while propagandizing the Road Traffic Law and skills to handle some common situations when participating in traffic...

*On the same day, provincial Police Department of Fire Prevention and Rescue in coordination with Tran Dai Nghia Secondary School in Thuan An city organized propaganda and guidance on fire prevention-fighting and rescue for the school’s teachers and students.

On this occasion, Tran Dai Nghia Secondary School also launched the movement of "My house has a fire extinguisher" for all officials, employees, teachers and students at the school. Representative of provincial Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Division donated 45 portable fire extinguishers to teachers, officials and employees of the school.
