An initiative of “Chair for electricians” brings safety for workers.

Binh Duong Electricity Company has had up to 60% of staff who are youths and unionists. Aside from excelling tasks, the company youths and unionists have positively made initiatives for the sake of working environment. These initiatives have brought significant profits, saving labor, time and improving efficiency.

Nguyen Thanh Nghia, head of the Tech-Economic Department, secretary the company youth union boasted some initiatives of the company youths and unionists. They included softwares helping administration procedure reform, managing fuel, printing and invoice as well as ideals of managing electric grids. Most of them have created high economic values.

One of the initiatives is a solution of sticking decal that has been applied since 2008. The solution has helped save hundreds of millions of VND per year. Another measure includes chair for electricians, bringing safety for workers.

Possibly speaking, the labor emulation movements at the company youth union have taken place lively. More than 30 initiatives of youths and unionists are produced per year, tens of initiatives of which are honored and make profits worth billions of VND per year.

With the motto of “each youth and unionist makes an initiative”, the company youth union has contributed to its unit’s development, winning trust from the company leaders. The achievements are thanks to promulgation on initiative awareness to youths and unionists. Besides, the movements have helped improve occupational skills for staff.
