Proportion of e-commerce on sharp increase

According to a report by provincial Steering Committee 389, the local e-commerce sector has continued being one of the economic sectors with rapid growth.

By the end of 2023, the whole province had 532 enterprises with 2,930 products registering to participate in the local e-commerce floor. The proportion of e-commerce reached about 8% of the total retail sales revenue of goods and services in 2023. It was estimated at more than VND 303.8 trillion, up 13.5% over the same period in 2022. This showed that although e-commerce in Binh Duong is developing at a high speed, it is only in the early stages and its development potential is still very large.
