 One of the seasons for the situation is that these laborers come from the northern and central region and they have not yet resume work after the Tet holiday, due to traffic jam. Meanwhile, some others have given up their current jobs to find the new ones or stayed at their homeland to work…

 Also according to provincial Trade Union at all levels, province-based businesses, especially those in industries of garment, footwear and woodwork processing,  need around 35,000-40,000 laborers.
