Province-based enterprises well realize regulation on the region-based minimum wage

According to statistics by provincial Labor Union, province-based enterprises have well realized the Decree No.103/2012/ND-CP stipulating the region-based minimum wage  

levels applied to laborers working for enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, farms, households, individuals and agencies, organizations employing laborers.

Particularly, the average salary of laborers at administrative agencies is VND3mln per person per month. The level of VND3.5mln per person per month is applied for laborers at FDI firms while the figure is VND2.8mln per person per month at private enterprises.

Along with policies on salary, many enterprises have also provided their laborers with other allowances between VND100,000 and VND500,000mln per person per month for lunch, lodging, diligence…
