Province-based FDI enterprises offer highest Tet bonus of VND482mln

Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) said that 358 enterprises in the province have so far announced their Tet bonus levels for employees.

According to statistics, the highest Tet bonus at FDI companies is VND482mln per person while the lowest level will be VND2.7mln per person.

One Member Stated-owned Limited Companies see the highest and lowest Tet bonuses of VND85.5mln and VND2mln per person, respectively.

The highest and lowest Tet bonuses in the companies which have a share capital of the State are VND30mln and VND2mln per person, respectively.

Meanwhile, private businesses will offer the highest at VND36mln per person and the lowest at VND2.7mln per person.

According to representative of provincial DoLISA, many companies have not mapped out their Tet bonus plans for employees yet, due to having difficulties in production and business. But, they must also make great efforts in ensuring a joyful and warm Tet for their employees.
