Province-based OCB branch grants scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils

On the 63rd anniversary of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, the Phuong Dong Commercial Bank (Orient Commercial Bank - OCB) donated VND10mln to Binh Duong’s Red Cross Society to buy 10 bicycles for poor-but-excellent in the province.
