Early May 28, provincial Buddhist Sangha held a grand ceremony to celebrate Buddha’s 2554th birthday, in attendance of provincial vice-chairman Nguyen Van Hiep.

The ceremony took place solemnly with many Buddhist rituals and 100 gifts worth nearly VND20mln were also presented to the poor in TDM town.

Over the past years, provincial Buddhist dignitaries, monks, nuns and followers. have always fulfilled their citizen responsibilities and actively got involved in social-charity activities, upholding the genuine values of Buddhist dogmas and contributing to building up the bloc of the great national unity.
