Province focuses on developing services with high brain content

Speaking at a meeting to review the province’s service development program between 2006 and 2010 held yesterday, provincial People’s Committee Chairman Le Thanh Cung spoke highly of the local service sector’s achievements over the past time while mentioning some shortcomings for change.

For the province’s hi-quality service development program between 2011 and 2015 getting a breakthrough, Mr.Cung asked for the local relevant agencies to closely follow the 11th National Party Congress Resolution and the 9th Provincial Party Congress Resolution; exploit the local potentialities to develop the local service sector in a synchronous way, contributing to promoting the local socio-economic development; make many policies to lure investment and human resources for the sector, especially pay attention to environmental protection…

The objectives of the program are to make a breakthrough for the local service sector and shift its structure towards knowledge economy; give priority to promoting the development of the service forms with great potential and high competitiveness, especially those with high brain content…
