Province focuses on legal aid for businesses

As implementing Decision No. 345/QD-TTg dated April 5, 2023 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of legal aid for businesses in the period 2021-2030", departments and branches in Binh Duong province have coordinated with Provincial Department of Justice to effectively carry out legal support activities for small and medium-sized enterprises within their scope of management and sectors.

During the first six months of 2024, business legal aid activities continued to be carried out in many forms, such as: consultancy on implementing administrative procedures and legal issues when businesses contact directly or by phone; posting legal documents and administrative procedures related to businesses at single-window divisions of departments and branches; administrative guidance documents of the People's Council and Provincial People's Committee on the electronic information portal system. Maintain specialized business support pages on the province's electronic information portal and the electronic information pages of provincial departments and branches. Continue to maintain the 1022 hotline system to receive and process feedback and recommendations from people and businesses....
