To mark the 66th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2013), provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs will speed up education and dissemination work to raise public awareness of the noble sacrifice of war invalids and martyrs’ families for the cause of national liberation and defence; well realize policies for those who rendered service to the nation and their families in accordance with the current regulations; team up with provincial Fatherland Front Committee and other mass organizations to mobilize organizations and individuals to actively contribute to provincial Fund for “Paying debt of gratitude” in order to build and upgrade houses of compassion, present saving books, upgrade monuments commemorating martyrs, support policy beneficiary families with difficulties; honor outstanding families of those who rendered service to the nation, collectives and individuals for their excellent performance in the task of “paying gratitude of debt”.
