According to provincial Hydrometeorological Center, from April 1 to 20, the province faced a hot spell with the average temperature of 29.6 degrees Celsius. The highest and lowest levels were 37 and 24.7 29.6 degrees Celsius, respectively. The rainfall here was 20-40 mm lower than the average level of previous years and there was the average humidity level of 77%.
It is forecasted that the province will further experience hot weather and there will be also rain-storms in some areas by the end of April. The highest and lowest temperatures will be 37-38 degrees Celsius and 24-25 degrees Celsius, respectively.
