*Production resumed if being safety
Vo Van Minh, Chairman of provincial People's Committee has just signed the Document No. 4656/UBNDVX on anti-Covid-19 measures in the "new normal" state after September 15, 2021.
Accordingly, departments, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in the province will direct the implementation of easing social distancing measures within the "green zone" of each commune-level unit in district while further implementing social distancing measures or strengthen them in the "yellow” and "red” zones. Therefore, easing social distancing measures is based on the spirit and principle: Actively preparing plans to deal with the pandemic and implement social distancing measures under the Prime Minister’s Directives No.15 and 16 with the Government's motto of being "higher", "earlier" in accordance with the situation of the pandemic in each locality and not being "slower" when handling any pandemic situations. Production and business activities must ensure the principle of "Production when being safe, production must be safe". The "red zone" localities continue strictly implementing the Prime Minister’s Directive No.16, ensuring the principles of “stay where they are”, "not to "tighten outside, loose inside", controlling over risk factors, not affecting social welfare and economic development of the local people. When easing social distancing measures, the "green zone" localities need to be cautious and strict. They are not to be negligent, subjective and lose vigilance in the fight against the pandemic.
The province’s Covid-19 testing needs to be carried out more rapidly for all people in the "red, orange, yellow" spots and zones. By September 20, the local "red and yellow" zones and spots must reduce the level of Covid-19 infection risk. Localities and units continue urgently implementing drastic and synchronous measures to sharply reduce the "red”, “yellow” zones, “red” and “yellow” spots, setting up and maintaining the “green zones”; recover socio-economic activities in the "new normal" state after the social distancing period as planned by provincial People's Committee.
The province’ 6 localities, namely Thu Dau Mot city, Ben Cat town and districts of Bau Bang, Phu Giao, Dau Tieng, North Tan Uyen, have announced them as the "green zones" in accordance with provincial People's Committee’s Official Dispatch No. 4593/UBND-VX dated September 10, 2021 and provincial Department of Transport’s guidance for goods circulation and people’s movement. The remaining 3 localities, namely Thuan An city, Di An city and Tan Uyen town, will assess their level of Covid-19 infection risk as well as developments of the pandemic, which is based on the Decision No. 2686/QDBCCDQG dated May 31, 2021. The Steering Committees for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of districts, towns and cities will actively consider and decide the organization of goods circulation and people’s travel within their localities.
