Province removes difficulties and promotes the development of education training branch

On March 24, Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting to listen to reports of Provincial Department of Education and Training on the project "Consolidation, enhancement and development of human resources and facilities of education training branch of Binh Duong province in 2022 - 2025 period, with orientation to 2030” (referred to as the scheme), and listen to suggestions from departments, branches, and localities in the province on this scheme.

Accordingly, based on educational tasks of each school level, the project sets out goals in each key field, such as: improve the quality of staff, develop school system at all levels; invest in facilities and equipment for teaching; building schools up to national standards; education universalization - illiteracy eradication; socialization of education. The development and implementation of the project has an important meaning in creating a driving force for the province's education branch to develop and improve education quality. 

At the meeting, the delegates appreciated the need to implement the project to promote the province's education development. However, many delegates also said that for the project to be implemented synchronously and effectively, it is necessary to involve the whole political system, because there are still many problems related to socialization policy, lack of land fund for school construction, some regulations of the Central Government cannot be applied to provincial conditions. 

Concluding the meeting, Nguyen Loc Ha agreed on the issue of human resource development of the project. Regarding infrastructure development, he suggested that Department of Education and Training work with localities to continue reviewing the quantity of schools and classes that need investment according to population size, as an important basis for making specific proposals to the province. To finance, planning, natural resources - environment, and construction branches, it is necessary to coordinate in research and support education branch to find solutions to overcome investment difficulties and submit them to provincial leaders in the coming time.
