Nguyen Hoang Son, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee on March 25 worked with Vu Tien Loc, chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) on spurring labor relations in companies. At the working session, VCCI was interested in implementing the Instruction No.22-CT/TW on building harmonic, stable and advanced labor relations in companies. Specifically, it paid attention to issues of labor dispute, strike, human resources and so on.

Son said that the province set up a steering board of labor dispute and strike settlement, mapped out solutions of labor relation stability by deeds of holding dialogues between employers and employees, mobilizing employers to pay attention to laborers’ life and so on.
