All establishments wishing to register for business must be granted a certificate of fire safety by the competent authority, a license to trade in liquefied petroleum gas, etc. However, in reality, there are many illegal gas shops without the required documents, fire safety assurance, and show signs of buying and selling gas of unknown origin.
