Province strives to ensure harmonious benefit

To meet requirements of the fourth industrial revolution, Binh Duong province in 2016 bravely innovated its development model, creating a breakthrough in investment attraction and forming up a new growth motivation for the local sustainable development through issuing a project on Binh Duong smart city building.

With the movement, it is hoped that the province will bring harmonious benefit to all sides in development; form up a close cooperation mechanism between the government, enterprises and institutes.

Additionally, the province has implemented a program on investment attraction improvement for the period of 2016-2020 towards a goal of absorbing investment from the world’s huge corporations. The province has also continued strengthening its traditional markets; called for foreign investment in hi-tech projects that are less labor incentive and more environmentally friendly; attached special importance to absorbing domestic investment projects in auxiliary industry, taking part in the global value chain…

The province’s investment attraction improvement towards smart city development over the past time has created positive impacts. For example, the province last year became a member of the World Technopolis Association (WTA); successfully organized the WTA summit 2018, the Horasis Asia meeting 2018….
