Provincial Agencies and Enterprises’ Bloc Youth Union to aid young workers

In order to share difficulties with young workers affected by the COVID-19, Executive Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises’ Bloc Youth Union has coordinated with Provincial Youth Activity Center and benefactors to donate 200 milk boxes to workers’ children under 3 years old in quarantine zones at Hung Dinh Primary School and Luong The Vinh Primary School (Thuan An City) with a total value of about VND11 million. In addition, Youth Union and Trade Union of the Provincial Market Management Department donated 200 bags of necessities to the residents in Thu Dau Mot City. The total cost of the program was more than VND 40 million that was mobilized and contributed by members.

Earlier, the Bloc’s Youth Union, Provincial Youth Activity Center, Youth Union of Provincial Foreign Affairs Department and benefactors also went to workers' loding houses to present 100 parts of necessities and support 300kg of vegetables to kitchens of youth unions which are applying "three-on-site" approach in South Tan Uyen Industrial Park.

This timely hand-in-hand and support shared some difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic so that young workers and their children relieve their worries and well implement regulations on disease prevention and control, join hands with governments to bring back the "new normal".
