Provincial Agencies Party Standing Committee implements key tasks

Early February 20, comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Permanent Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Secretary of provincial Agencies Party Committee chaired a meeting of provincial Agencies Party Standing Committee  for the 2020-2025 term to implement key tasks.

At the meeting, provincial Agencies Party Standing Committee approved draft regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure and working relationships of the Party Committee; the working regulations of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms, the assignment regulations for members of the Executive Board and the Standing Board for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 terms, as well as the policy for establishing advisory and working bodies under the Party Committee, including the Office, the Organization Commission, the Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Party Inspection Committee.

Provincial Agencies Party Standing Committee also approved the draft plan for implementing the Politburo’s Directive 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024, regarding the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; approved a policy on the establishment of subcommittees for directing the 1st Party Congress of provincial Agencies Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, including the Personnel Subcommittee, the Content Subcommittee and the Organization Subcommittee.

The delegates basically agreed with the contents of the drafts and focused on discussing and contributing opinions on certain aspects of the aforementioned draft documents.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Loc Ha requested members of provincial Agencies Party Committee to continue thoroughly reviewing regulations on functions, duties and working procedures in accordance with the directives and guidelines from higher authorities. For unclear matters, they should promptly consult and propose clarification to relevant agencies. He emphasized the need to urgently finalize, standardize and concretize documents for issuance and implementation, ensuring the fulfillment of political tasks, strengthening the political system and enhancing Party buidling within provincial Agencies Party Committee in the coming period.
