Provincial Businesswomen Association spent VND1.07bln on social charity activities, which was reported at a recent meeting reviewing the association’s activities in 2013. Particularly, the association supported eye surgery for 50 poor patients, built 10 houses of compassion, donated VND200mln to poor-but-excellent pupils across the province, built 4 bridges for localities in the Mekong Delta region, teamed up with Hoi Khanh pagoda to regularly provide free medical check-ups and treatment for the poor…

Also at the meeting, members of provincial Businesswomen Association raised more than VND1bln for social charity activities in 2014.
