Provincial delegation pays gift visit to soldiers participating in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign

Early April 24, provincial delegation, led by Vo Van Ba, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Commission for Internal Affairs, visited and offered gifts to a number of soldiers directly participating in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, currently living in North Tan Uyen district on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).

Accordingly, the delegation visited Le Xuan in Binh My commune, Le Cong Su in Tan Dinh commune, the families of Le Dang Bao, Truong Mai Thanh in Tan Thanh commune and Le Ngoc Xu in Binh My commune.

In the visiting places, Mr. Ba ​​and his delegation extended best regards to the soldiers directly participating in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign, contributing to the historic victory which “resounded throughout the five continents and was world-shaking”. He ​​wished the soldiers good health, further living happily and healthily, educating their children and grandchildren to promote the family tradition of emulation in learning and working, contributing to building a more prosperous and beautiful country, building  a more civilized and modern Binh Duong.

*On the same morning, provincial delegation, led by Bui Thanh Nhan, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Colonel Nguyen Hoang Minh, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of provincial Military Command, visited and presented gifts to Dien Bien soldiers living in Bau Bang district.

Accordingly, the two delegations visited and donated gifts to the families of Hoang Ngoc Phan, born in 1931 and Vu Thanh Binh, born in 1927, both living in Hung Hoa commune; Nguyen Khai Hang, born in 1930, in Lai Uyen town. The delegation also visited, burned incense and donated gifts to the families of Vu Quang Hoa, born in 1929, in Hung Hoa commune; Le Huu Dat, born in 1930, in Lai Uyen town; Nguyen Van Than, born in 1930, in Tru Van Tho commune and Dau Tin, born in 1927, in Cay Truong II commune.

In the visiting places, representatives of the delegation extended best regards and expressed their deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of Dien Bien soldiers in the cause of national liberation while wanting that they will further preserve the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, actively participate in the local social work, contributing to building an more prosperous and beautiful homeland.
