Provincial delegation pays gift visits to policy beneficiary families in Tan Uyen
Early April 21, a provincial delegation, led by Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families in Tan Uyen city. The event was also attended by leaders from Tan Uyen city, representatives of relevant departments and agencies on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).
The delegation visited and presented gifts in tribute to heroic Vietnamese mother Bui Thi Da in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward’s Khanh Loc quarter and Bui Ngoc Thanh, former Political Commissar of Phu Loi 3 Battalion, residing in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward’s Khanh Hoi quarter.

In the visiting places, Mr. Tri extended best regards to the families and encouraged them to continue promoting revolutionary traditions and mobilizing their children, grandchildren to strive in learning and self-improvement, contributing to building up a more and more prosperous homeland.
On this occasion, provincial delegation also attended a house handover ceremony for Tran Thi Ly (wife of martyr Do Ngoc Anh, residing in Tan Uyen city’s Tan Vinh Hiep ward). This project was part of provincial plan to eliminate substandard houses. The house was renovated with VND 55 million funded by Tan Uyen city and Tan Vinh Hiep ward’s State budget. At the ceremony, provincial Red Cross Society and other organizations and localities also presented gifts to the woman.
