Provincial delegation works with Phu Giao district's Party Committee on commune-level cadres after rearrangement

On May 7, Working delegation No. 7 of Binh Duong province, chaired by Ms. Nguyen Minh Thuy, Provincial Party Standing Member, Head of Provincial Party Organization Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung, Provincial Party Standing Member, Head of Provincial Party Inspection Committee, had a meeting with Standing Committee of Phu Giao District Party Committee to grasp the situation, orient and direct the work of organizing and arranging cadres after the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units.

At the meeting, Phu Giao District Party Committee reported on the expected plan for arranging cadres and civil servants when merging. Specifically, the District Party Committee plans to arrange cadres and civil servants for communes, including: Phu Giao commune has 80 cadres and civil servants; Phuoc Hoa commune has 75 cadres and civil servants; Phuoc Thanh commune has 73 cadres and civil servants; An Long commune has 69 cadres and civil servants. In addition, the Standing Committee of Phu Giao District Party Committee proposed and recommended considering some issues to promptly arrange and assign cadres to communes and ensure the prescribed time.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Minh Thuy and Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung asked Standing Committee of Phu Giao District Party Committee to continue to carefully review the staff, ensuring the principles of objectivity, publicity, transparency, correct standards, titles and suitability with practical requirements after the arrangement. At the same time, the arrangement of cadres must be in line with improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the grassroots government apparatus, better meeting the needs of serving the people.

On the same day, a provincial survey team led by Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung conducted a survey on the arrangement of working headquarters of commune-level administrative units after the merger in Phu Giao district. The delegation directly surveyed the new headquarters in An Long commune, Phuoc Sang commune and Vinh Hoa commune. At the destinations, the delegation inspected the current status of facilities and plans for arranging and relocating headquarters after the merger.
