Provincial Farmers' Union receives emulation movement leading flag

On January 18, the Provincial Farmers' Union held the 8th Executive Committee meeting (expanded) for the 2018-2023 tenure to summarize its works, farmers' movements, and activities of funds in 2021; set out the direction and tasks in 2022. Nguyen Van Loc, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Board, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, chaired the conference.

In 2021, farmers at all levels in the province actively and directly participate in mobilizing funds for Covid-19 prevention and control, vaccine funds, support farmers, and mobilized food, agricultural products, and necessities for lockdown and isolation areas. Nguyen Van Loc asked the Union to strive for the dual goal of preventing control the disease and contributing to socio-economic development; to ensure social security, safety and practicing thrift during the Lunar New Year holiday. In 2022, provincial Farmers' Union needs to review all targets and resolutions to complete within the year, re-systematize a number of new guidelines and policies of the Party and State related to farmers movements to supplement solutions, directions and tasks in the coming term...

At the conference, Farmers' Unions of districts, towns and cities signed commitments to farmers' activities and movements in 2022. On this occasion, the Central Committee of Vietnam Farmers' Union presented the leading flag of emulation movements in 2021 to the Provincial Farmers' Union.
