Provincial FFC’s 10th congress to be a broad political activity

Early July 10, Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Chairman of the the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee, chaired a meeting to discuss the contents of the 10th Congress of Binh Duong provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) for the 2024-2029 tenure in Hanoi. The meeting was attended by Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly deputy delegation; Truong Thi Ngoc Anh, Vice Chairwoman of the VFF Central Committee; leaders of provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and FFC; leaders of the committees, units and agencies of the VFF Central Committee.

Presenting a report on the organization of the 10th Congress of Binh Duong provincial FFC for the 2024-2029 tenure, Mrs. Hang stated that with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the congress is determined to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, innovate and be creative, contributing to the sustainable development of Binh Duong towards a smart, civilized and modern city.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Chien suggested that the political report should highlight the role of provincial FFCs at all levels in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, thereby affirming the strength of the great national unity bloc in the province, which has been more strongly promoted than ever. He also noted that during the congress, provincial FFC should allocate appropriate time to propagandize the content, significance, and articles in the book of "Promoting the tradition of great national unity, building a richer, stronger, more civilized and happier country" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to delegates. Additionally, the congress should be broadcast live so that people across the province can follow, making this a broad political activity throughout the province.

Thanking for contributions by Mr. Chien and participating delegates, Mr. Loi stated that contributive ideas had clarified the political report, painting a clearer picture of the front's activities and contributions to the development of Binh Duong province over the past time. Mr. Loi also affirmed that attention would continue being given to increasing the number of committee members in the next tenure to ensure the personnel of provincial FFC, contributing to taking better care of the lives of the local people...
