Provincial Labor Union further builds Vietnamese working class in integration period

One of the key objectives set by the resolution of provincial Labor Youth Congress for the 2023-2028 term is to advise Party committees at all levels to strengthen leadership and direction for authorities and socio-political organizations in studying, thoroughly understanding and effectively implementing the Party’s directives and resolutions on building the Vietnamese working class and Trade Union. The focus is on the Politburo’s Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW, dated June 12, 2021, on “renewing the organisation and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation".

Provincial Labor Union has directed trade unions at all levels to promote lifelong learning activities among workers in enterprises, contributing to improving the quality of human resource in line with the 10th Party Central Committee’s Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW dated January 28, 2008 “on further building the Vietnamese working class in response to the period of intensified industrialization and modernization of the country”. Additionally, efforts are being made to drive a strong transformation, strengthening the Trade Union organization to become larger and more modern, ensuring quantity, quality, political resilience and steadfastness in ideology, ethics and industrial manner, thereby making a significant contribution to national development.
