Provincial leader receives Holland’s delegation

Early January 22, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee received a delegation from Holland’s Emmen region, led by Hanny Van Geffen, Principal of Stenden University.

At the reception, Mrs.Hanny Van Geffen expressed her impression on Binh Duong’s flexible development. Emmen is the biggest industrial center in the northern region of Holland, especially in the fields of chemistry, high technology and logistics. Stenden University is one of Holland’s famous universities. The school has so far set up a research group on development and cooperation with countries in the world, including Binh Duong.

She also hoped that Binh Duong and Emmen region could exchange and cooperate in all aspects, particularly in those of education-training and high technology.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr.Liem thanked the delegation for its information at the reception while calling for investment in high technology industry. He also hoped that after the visit, the delegation would introduce Binh Duong’s investment climate to enterprises in Holland. Binh Duong has always applauded and wanted to be cooperated with Emmen region in all aspects.
