Provincial leaders receive Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark in Vietnam

On September 23, Mai Hung Dung, Member of Binh Duong Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, hosted a reception for Nicolai Prytz, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark in Vietnam.

At the reception, Mai Hung Dung briefly informed the delegation about the provincial socio-economic development. He said that the overall results of investment attraction and export of Binh Duong have the contribution of Danish businesses, including an important contribution of Lego Group. Currently, Danish enterprises rank 9th among countries and territories investing in Binh Duong.

Mai Hung Dung affirmed, Binh Duong always creates the best conditions for FDI enterprises to operate effectively in the province, including Danish enterprises. Denmark is the happiest country in the world. Binh Duong wants to spread this message to all Binh Duong people.

Nicolai Prytz expressed his impression of the rapid development of Binh Duong province; and wants to learn more about Binh Duong province's priority industries for investment attraction, especially high-tech industries. The ambassador wished that Binh Duong province would continue to create the best conditions for Danish businesses to enhance their efficiency; and pledged that after this visit, the Embassy of Denmark in Vietnam will strengthen investment connection, cooperation, promote Binh Duong’s investment environment, and create the best conditions for Danish businesses to cooperate comprehensively with Binh Duong.
