At the meeting, leaders of the two provinces informed each other of the local socio-economic development results. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Hai wanted to attract reputable infrastructure investors like VSIP to soon create a strong driving force in the economic development of Thai Binh province. The trip will be an opportunity for Thai Binh province to learn from Binh Duong's experience, including the VSIP joint venture between Becamex IDC and Sembcorp Group.
